Potentially missing Airbnb messages

Some Airbnb guests may not have received their messages with check-in instructions. We have since fixed the underlying cause of this issue.

If your guests have not received their check-in message, please head to Nuki Web and find the relevant booking. Next to the booking, click on the button to deactivate that booking. Afterwards, click on the button once again to re-activate the booking. This will send the check-in message to your guests.
